One of the embodiment rituals I'll be leading on the 

beach during our @ultraculturalothers HIP HOP 

YOGA Retreat in Thailand involves the use of Indian Healing Clay or "Bentonite Clay." This exercise equals what Gandhi references in his autobiography as the "earth cure" or what some people call "earthing" (rubbing soil on your body or touching your feet to the bare grass). Bentonite clay is a "healing clay" used in ancient cultures throughout the world that cleanses and detoxifies the body. It can be applied to the skin or taken internally. In addition to removing build up of environmental toxins and processed foods, any healing ritual done with the right intention should effectively clear the body of emotional toxins, because body, spirit and mind are inseparable. Bentonite clay is particularly good as an earth cure because when mixed with water it has the ability to produce a charge that is electrical in nature. Charged Bentonite clay naturally seeks toxins in the body it can then bind to, and the organic removal process ensures from there. The clay can removes heavy metals and other impurities from the gut, skin and mouth. It can be applied topically to heal rashes, eczema, or poison ivy. It can also be added to the bath. Bentonite clay helps increase the oxygen count in our cells, includes alkalizing minerals that bring the body's ph level back into balance, and promotes the growth of good bacteria and probiotics, which actually elevates our mood and brain function. It can remedy nearly any digestive issues, and boosts immunity in the body by targeting harmful bacteria and viruses. Generally spending this and other "grounding" or "earthing" practices have been demonstrated to defuse inflammation and improve or eliminate inflammation-related disorders and chronic pain, improve sleep and increase energy, lower stress hormones, normalize the body's s biological rhythms, improve blood pressure and flow, and protect the body against the potentially health-disturbing environmental electromagnetic field (EMFs) สุวรรรณภุมิ แอร์พอร์พอรต

Rumor or Fact: Guitar Center is about to change hands.

I don't really trust what you read online. You have to do your own research. Its always a good way to start a inquire or conversation. Is taking information from blogs as straight raw facts a good idea? I always noticed that blogs are usually someones opinion and not the news, and even the news is opinionated and rarely factual these days(in my blog opinion).  Anyhow the link below is written  Eric Garland a "trend analyst" who alledgely has the inside scoop on what is going on behind the company Guitar Center. Can somebody say Amen

After a week of seeing different people come in our house and leave our house with smiles on there faces still our sublet process is not complete. I wake up today and meditate my stress's away. Well most of em. Yesterday I spent all day working on a proposal for a school in Washington heights who seem to be interested in having an after-school program formulated by my company Willpowa. Weeks went by and I spent my days working on music and completing songs in the studio only to leave the proposal writing up to a trusted friend and fellow mc. Suffice to say it never got completed due to my energy being scattered amongst recording and subleting my place. Not to mention being a good boyfriend through the process. So turns out my friends from the UK want to look over it this weekend so I will have to submit the proposal in a bit late anyhow but hopefully with more spunk than it had in the first place. Anyway lets just say the only thing that helped me from not having a nervous breakdow...
