Black Women & Yoga: Famous Memoirs Reveal Commonality

Even before I took my first Bikram Yoga class I would practice yoga every day at home based off of a pamphlet that illustrated several deep postures and meditations. I found the pamphlet in my moms room one day and it looked like it was from the 60s or early 70s at best. I remember before my beat cancer I would be concerned about her health and bring her to my yoga classes she often talked about how even though I am into yoga now she was doing it long before I even thought about it. Sending love to my mom and the all yoga moms out there who have light the path to a healthier life through movement and breath.

No Love Lost Valentines Day

I caught the wrong face with the right line
Opposites attract
