This year’s honorees include 10-time Grammy Award winner Bobby McFerrin, renowned disability dance group ILL-Abilities, and AHRC Transition Developer Jonathon Epstein -- three entities who embody hope in their tireless advocacy for the arts. They join the growing list of prominent figures BEAT has previously honored, such as Congressman Charles Rangel, Hip Hop Historian Joe Conzo, and Beatbox legend Rahzel the Godfather of Noise.   BEAT is a NYC-based non-profit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of youth and people with disabili
