Your are invited to Attend: BEAT GLOBAL's FRIEND RAISER



Please join us on Thursday, December 7th from 6:30-9:30pm for Bridging Education & Art Together (BEAT)'s Inaugural FRIENDRaiser.

While our programming and development has grown leaps and bounds, our network hasn’t expanded as quickly. As the word “Friendraiser” suggests, this event is to raise friends (in addition to funds)! We think more people should know about the good work BEAT is doing and we hope you do too.

I would love your support in inviting people/organizations from your network that you believe would be interested in BEAT. Think about individuals that might have a vested interest in our cause. 
  • Do you have a friend/co-worker that wants to volunteer/support a nonprofit but hasn’t found one they are affiliated with yet?
  • Perhaps someone you know has a family member or friend with speech and/or developmental disabilities and therefore, BEAT’s cause would resonate with them. 
  • A friend affiliated with the educational/public health/music/creative arts industry?
BEAT's programs include:
  • Beat Rockers: a beatboxing and music self-expression program for students who are blind and have multiple disabilities. We are now developing lesson plans that feature beatboxing as a tool for speech therapy - https://vimeo.com/96930933

As you already might know I go by the alias Undakova (Undercover) and I am beat maker, DJ and MC here in NYC. I have been producing hip hop beats since the 90s and have produced my own hip hop instrumentals for my album created here in New York City.
