It's time to create miracles I am preparing to meditate for 10 days in silence at the end of August to dial in continued "right livelihood." We are also traveling abroad with the family to the ancient land of Thailand in September, and then following the moon to the pyramids of Mexico returning back to metropolis of New York mid October. My work is now aligned with my soul's purpose to be happy and flow with my heart. I am grateful to gain the universe's encouragement to continue moving forward and supporting the divine feminine as we absorb and radiate the Lioness energy.   I have peacefully surrendered to the Violet Flames of the Lioness Order and reclaiming my childlike innocence and divine connection so that I may continue to choose the best path for my soul and for all those involved. May we continue on this path of hope and create miracles together. #blessedtimes.  An ART511 Exclusive Article by Katie Cercone UNIVERSE. After my set I wandered around the beach and struck up a conversation with an artist named Carol who stopped me to ask me some questions about my artist career. Carol didn’t look so happy. Her tab she ran up for food had cost her more than she had sold so far with her art wares, and there was only one day left before her boat was leaving back to the airport. Carol was holding back tears. Her voice got shaky and she said, “You know, this gypsy artist thing was supposed to be my passion. But now, I just feel hopeless. I’m ready to give up.”          My heart went out to Carol. She is like so many artists. (Maybe even like you?) She’s working so hard – and not seeing much return on all of her efforts. I used to be there, too. Which is why I sat Carol down and gave her some of my best tweaks and tips for how to make more money at selling her art. (Some of them were so do-able that she began implementing right then and there!) Her energy began to shift on the spot. “Oh my GOD!” she said. “I had NO idea all the stuff I was doing wrong!”         About a week later, I got a postcard from Carol. After making some of the changes to her setup, she was able to sell enough to break even on the last day of her trip and have enough money to stop in Bali for 2 days before heading home. I would LOVE to have helped her get a profit – but that’s okay. What was most important was her P.S. It said, “Thanks for giving me my passion back.” It gave me chills. We have been going strong at creating community at Sixth Street Community Center every new moon since January and I am now at 50% resilience and at the halfway mark of the year. Don't be on the fence let's dance at Dream Beat: New Moon in Leo / Great Mother on August 18th. Bikram Yoga Lower East Side was a major part of my introduction to yoga. If it wasn't for Tricia Donegan I would never be teaching kids yoga. It was on her pregnancy leave that she sponsored me to get certified as a Kid Yoga instructor. This community made yoga "cool" by showing me that girls in tattoos, guys with huge afros, all sexual orientations and skill leveled yogi's could come together and practice and get sweaty together. I usually take myself and spiritual practices very seriously. This can make me very reserved and inhibited. But it was in this studio that I could work extremely hard on my practice (I think I did hot yoga for 300 days straight at Bikram Yoga LES or something cray like that) but at this studio I could also crack a smile and have fun once in a while while getting my butt kicked by the challenging yoga poses in the heat.
