It is with immense gratitude to share with you my first Moving Hearts event for mothers! As a preschool teacher and a budding dance/movement therapist, I offer support to mothers in practicing self-love while actively participating in community. I am honored to share this possibility through effective and nourishing embodiment techniques. It is common in our culture for us to hold our stress and emotions within our body. This often manifests in illnesses which can be detrimental to ourselves and our families. Within a busy and demanding schedule, especially as a mother, it can be difficult to find a safe and encouraging context to release this tension fully and freely. The Moving Hearts Playshop offers you this moment, For your enjoyment, experience, growth, pleasure, and healing. For yourself, for your family, and for your community.
In the spirit of creative movement, I will guide the group through exercises to cultivate trust, openness, and fluidity. Give yourself a gift of two hours to play, dance, and love yourself. You deserve this! Together with like minded individuals, we will create a safe space where anything and everything and nothing can occur! We will be together. There will be delightful snacks following the movement experience! This event is for mothers to share and connect.
Cost: $20
No one will be turned away for lack of funds :)
