During this immersive workshop led by partners Katie Cercone and David Jason Williams, we will practice the Venus Kriyas from Kundalini Yoga, which involve eye gazing into your partner’s soul, gentle asanas done as a pair & sending one another positive energy through the hands. Venus Kriyas are a “white” form of Tantra used to cultivate loving compassion and deep presence.
We’ll also practice partner massage with warm oil, sacred dance and cypher-style vocalization techniques to inspire the conscious speech of loving commitment led by one of hip hop yoga’s founding fathers. Tantra for Lovers is great to practice with a partner, lover or friend and will inspire deep connection and healing, tantric touch as well as high vibration imaginative play.

THIS is the weekend not to miss! We’re psyched to return to our Beatles oasis up in Westchester for a weekend of rock n roll and Beatles discovery with a little help from our Friends. We’ve been celebrating the Beatles together for 42 years, and this year is going to be extra special.
ON the 17th I will be bringing some spontaneous music, rhyme and healing vibrations to the FABoratory, our Beatles Experimental Zone. I am also searching for 2 Kova Lova’s who would like to help with on Sunday and possibly Saturday night into Sunday depending on your availability. The FABoratory, which debuted at our New York Metro FEST last March, is back. In this magical space, you’re invited to dissect songs, play Beatles games, invent the future of being a Beatles fan, and use your imagination. Stop by any time to play, to leave your Magical Mystery theories Mad Fab scientist notes on the wall.
