Have you been able to embody it?  For me songwriting and producing music is a process of living the words and vibrations created and sharing it with you. I am in the process of delivering 8 volumes to you ready or not. The 2nd volume, "Health," has already been taking form in my life as I have been working at #JuicePress and eating a more plant based diet as well as expanding my intake of organic vegan foods. I am grateful for this foundation for my vitality and well being.  My partner and I are preparing for a Vipassana meditation course March 30th to further assist our spiritual development as well as bring baby "Kali," who is 12 weeks old now into the world we wish to see. "Peace worldwide starts from inside" -Luminaries. Let's reconnect.    This Saturday March 19th I am grateful to be a "servant in sound" for Unitribe at the Cosmic Renaissance in Brooklyn. I also have created time to serve at BEATNYC.org at least once a week with BEAT RHYMERS Program led by Y? facilitated for the East Side Community High School students. Everything is flowing and am grateful to have a home to take a hot bath, be without a cellphone, practice yoga at least once a week, drink plenty of green juice, dance, ride my bike, be honest with my loved one, new and old friends and have constant authentic present moments of movement, stillness and focus. Its been a year of change thus far and I am happy to explore the unknown ahead. With Ina May as their leader, the women taught themselves midwifery from the ground up, eventually founding together with their families an entirely communal, agricultural society called The Farm. They grew their own food, built their own houses, published their own books, and, as word of their social experiment spread, created a model of care for women and babies that changed a generation’s approach to childbirth.   On March 27th we gather for the PART 2 follow up to the BIRTH STORY film and we will view Orgasmic Birth.
