Undakova on the Power of Hip Hop Yoga -Ezine

A Message from UNDAKOVA

HIP HOP YOGI & Creative-Director at ULTRACULTURAL OTHERS
I often get requests from artists and radical creatives for spiritual & professional guidance.
As a native New Yorker, I’m naturally attuned to what can be some high velocity and at times staggeringly heartbreaking vicissitudes of culture, industry and economy.

As I’ve come into my role as co-creative director at ULTRACULTURAL OTHERS, the Urban Mystery Skool I opened in 2016 with my beloved partner High Prieztezz Or Nah, I've begun to have a mentorship relationship a few select people... and realize how much I really love to inspire artists’ visionary, cosmic and professional goals. I’m divinely led to do this work for myself and good at it too!
One woman I worked with in Thailand was clueless about how she could confidently speak about her practice and share it with a community that both intrigued and intimidated her.
I connected with her fears through a conversation about it and gave some pointers on what she could tweak in how she was speaking about herself and her offering.  She began to see a new perspective and I was happy later on that evening when I was able to watch as she confidently guided her participants into a deep and healing space, introducing her transformational breathwork and mindfulness practice with ease and joy, rather than from fear and intimidation.

Another artist was wasting time at the wrong locations looking for support for her paintings. Together we recognized how much time and how much of drain it was that she was wasting trying to reach “anyone and everyone”– we grounded into a focus and began to identify ONLY those who were aligned with her vision. This gave her a lot more freedom to be her creative self.
Of course, there’s an endless amount of ways to show up and be or service in this swiftly evolving world. You already intuitively understand how doing your unique work within communities that need and respect your vision is paramount. That’s why it is SO important that you stop wasting time and really understand how to clarify your purpose and get going on your creative path to sustainable success.
If you are looking for this high level of clarity and confidence then keep reading.
What I’m finally realizing is that I can really help artists like you make a lot more money, save lots of time – and do a WHOLE lot better at being resourceful and connecting to the communities and networks that support your vision. (I’ve been building communities in New York for 15 years now – and through lots of trial and error – I’ve mastered the whole process, sometimes networking and confidently representing my art and connecting with hundreds of people at one event alone. Now, I get to share all of my insider tips.)

In June, I’m offering a second Hip Hop Yoga Retreat in Thailand. An immersive wellness retreat – complete with daily yoga on the beach, activating holistic hip hop ciphers, sound healing and movement; you’ll do the work of dialing in how YOUR ART and YOUR DIVINE PURPOSE can flourish within the global intentional community we’re creating at ULTRACULTURAL OTHERS. You’ll feel more vital, save more time and make more money. Go on… get your spiritual hygiene up and revitalize your heart space from the crystalline quartz sand beaches of sweet, juicy and magical Thailand. Learn and grow in ways that you never imagined, you’ll leave feeling like a bigger person than you ever wanted to become!
Here's the thing, though: I’m not going to share this to the masses. They’re just not ready! This is an exclusive offer to a select group or avatar nomads, gypsy warriors and wild bodhisattvas that took the initiative to ask for guidance, and space is LIMITED. If you're ready to crank up your vibrations and co-create a sparkling, intentional community in Thailand (and beyond) with us, don't hesitate. If you want to share your gifts with more authenticity, integrity and clear results, don’t wait! You really need my help. All you have to do is hit reply to this email – and let me know you’re interested. Either my partner Or Nah or I will write you back and give you the details.
Sincerely,
UNDAKOVA

7 Reasons why becoming a member of Beat365 rocks.

As you already might know I go by the alias Undakova (Undercover) and I am beat maker, DJ and MC here in NYC. I have been producing hip hop beats since the 90s and have produced my own hip hop instrumentals for my album created here in New York City. I often get asked by R & B artist and MCs "Can you produce some beats for my album?" One day the question popped up in my head "Where does an artist find great sounding Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them?" If an artist doesn't have a friend or business partner who is a producer or know how to/ want to produce beats on there own spare time (which can take a lot of time and money) where does he/she find a complete collection of hip hop beats? Well the answer is simple. . . . To find Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them go to Beats365...

What is Twhirl?

Ok so its been a few month of being involved in twittering. Yes I have been on Twitter since January I believe and I have about 530 followers and have made several tweets which go directly to my facebook status which I love. So basically I have been using twitter to be a connection to making status's that not only go to facebook but can be on the twitter public timeline as well as in several widgets that are attached to my blog and even myspace. I guess its say for me social networking has been a focus in the new year. But it gets better. . .even better. I am about to try Twhirl. You know what Twhirl is? oh man so why didn't you tell me? Oh oh you don't know what it is? Well its a desktop application (which might be shady) that allows you to organize your twitter experience in a huge way. They even have more of these desktop appliciations available by other names. Tweet Deck and some others probably exist too. So anyhow it was a decision between Tweet deck and Twhirl for m...

Rumor or Fact: Guitar Center is about to change hands.

I don't really trust what you read online. You have to do your own research. Its always a good way to start a inquire or conversation. Is taking information from blogs as straight raw facts a good idea? I always noticed that blogs are usually someones opinion and not the news, and even the news is opinionated and rarely factual these days(in my blog opinion).  Anyhow the link below is written  Eric Garland a "trend analyst" who alledgely has the inside scoop on what is going on behind the company Guitar Center. What you will read after clicking the link can change the landscape of the music industry and many other businesses, musicians. Check it out and see for yourself how YOU might directly be affected by Guitar Center's changing of ownership. Reminds me of when someone told me that Tower Records was going to close down in the city and I wouldn't be able to preview vinyl records the same way I grew up doing because there would be a main online store that ...
