I’ve been living in New York for 40 years, it is very easy to get distracted here.
That is why my partner High Prieztezz and I are adamant about retreating into nature annually.
Our Yo!Yogi Retreat helps us focus on self love and prioritizing our health as well as support ourselves and others in scheduling time to focus and recenter.
If you are looking for an opportunity to increase your commitment to daily spiritual hygiene & bodily awareness join us and de-stress on a 10-DAY immersive retreat into the crystalline quartz sand
beaches of sweet, juicy and magical Thailand
The Yo!Yogi retreat is founded upon the theme of transmuting fear and negativity into love. Based on the the archetype of Kali the Hindu Goddess also known as the dark earth mother, and represented through ISIS and the Black Madonna in many areas of the world. During the retreat we facilitate creative problem solving and project development using our Mojo (M.editative O.rganized J.oy O.ptimized)
to propel us in helping others by being of service to our community.
Instead of “people pleasing” with our sacred Mojo energy we use this highly charged prana that
was received in a moral, thoughtful, way to take an introspective view into our life areas.
This specialized holistic method is offered with the 8 way Bagua map as a guide and the
5 Elements taoist cosmology. Our labyrinth walk, ecstatic dance and other activities are gleamed
from our 30 years mutual experience in both Hip Hop and Meditation.
These activities and games support becoming grounded through movement.
Through simply games and practices one can gain the confidence and manifestation abilities of our certified leaders.
As a Yo!Yogi you will not only focus on your own self health but many have also defined artist goals
and created original music, lyrics, artwork and video that they then could translate into large-scale
outdoor wellness festivals.
I have over 10 years of professional teaching experience for all ages but you don’t need me, or any person to practice your own self care. You don’t have to be a “emcee” to participate in your own self authentic expression, you just have to be yourself. You can give yourself acceptance and compassion today or any day., right from the privacy of your own home.
For example you can have a dance party, paint on canvas, listen to some high vibrational music, or
watch a good documentary and learn something new.
I wouldn’t be able to have the output I have without taking time to cleanse, purify my mind, and
connect to spirit during bath time.
When ever I start getting negative and having thoughts that lead to bad habits.
Whenever I start slowing down and getting groggy and lethargic.
It's always apparent to me that by cleaning my hair, practicing gratitude and leaving a ring around the tub leads to me feeling refreshed, open and able to continue the tasks aspired in this city.
It always surprises me how much dirt i leave behind in a tub especially when i think i already took a
bath and don’t need one
The more baths you take the more you are able to give with a pure cleansed aura. The more you
are able to show up for yourself and others. The more negativity you can transmute with another bath.
Here are other things you can do that I recommend.
Of course follow your own intuition to lead you to what is it that will make you happy.
You don’t have to take a whole day or 10 days off to do this. You can start with just 20 minute blocks of time. Set your timer for 20 minutes and then use that time toward your well being.
Toward your desires.
Toward your mission.
And #Mindyourbusiness.
#mindyourbusiness because you know you are an agent of the divine.
Give yourself the intimacy and love you deserve but subconsciously seek from others.
Release all of those energies, and distractions, that are no longer serving you.
