Mystical Music and Art

# W A K E U P I just woke up to a blessed reflection about our very own Hip Hop Yogi Suwana check out her Tai Rap video in the link below. "Hey fam, I know a lot of us are dreaming up our plans for the year and I thought I'd put this amazing opportunity on your radar.. Yo! Yogi is a 10 day hip hop/ yoga retreat in Why Nam (best Thai beach spot i've been to hehe) and it is an amazing and transformative experience! I went last year and it really did shift my existence. I am happy to share more if you want to hear my story! For me, it was so powerful to unplug from technology for 10 days and really pour into myself/ tap in. Get still, open up, get real with myself.. connect with the beautiful people and earth around me. We had a beautiful yoga session every day as well as connective, raw hip hop workshops in the afternoons. Plus, other cool lil things like labyrinth meditations, tarot readings, ecstatic dance, body clay rituals, etc. David and Katie,...

For those of you that joined us for the New Moon in Aries this past week, you know the purifying Fire of this MARS-ruled Warrior sign are strong & furious.  By the time the Pink Full Moon rolls around, let's be ready to harvest the seeds we planted in the plentiful silence this first moon of the Zodiac calendar provided. Many thanks to Master Sound Healer Jan Sara for bringing down and in the angels and guides, including conjuring the energy of the Black Madonna. As the OG Earth Mother, Black like the earth,  Black like the soil, the cosmos and the ocean at night, the Black Madonna is a potent archetype for this moment of environmental crisis. Let's breath in and deliver a new dream to this great co-creation we call life. Join us for a special event this month where High Prieztezz Or Nah & UNDAKOVA will offer a Hip Hop Yoga Cipher. Scroll down for info about the Pink Moon Rooftop party in NYC April 18th.  DREAM BEAT: Aries Fire Starter cr...

I just chose the weirdest  # wordoftheyear  ever. ORDER. kikiki. It sprung from my desire to educate, share and market what I do. Actually it is something that I've taken on before in the past but stopped doing because I had to become more practical and told myself that no one cared.  But what I realized over time is that I cared (and a few new peeps do as well). I don't want what I have to say to be discounted. I deserve to share my beliefs no matter if they are meaningless to  others because they help fortify what I know to have helped me. So whether I publish a blog about why I love bath's so much or publish a song about "Ganesha helping to Overcome All Obstacles" I will continue to publish on a timely and consistent basis in order.  2017 my wordoftheyear was TRUST, which helped me settle into my relationship and travel with my partner and son when we had no funds but only ideas for our talents. 2018 was SECURE which helped me settle into my financial st...

I AM MY OWN PRIMAL PARENT!  💭 🌀 ⭕️ 👅  ... it’s been a pleasure to work with such an inspiring group of radical creatives weaving the web & living art as life...  Katie Cercone  cried tears for the artworks in this show as curator and vouched for these amazing women and men to share to our peeps across the pond where the Mayflower left its shores. Blessed times.  Undakova Jaguar Mary X Lotte Karlsen Adehla Lee & Greem Jellyfish ... & many participating artists back in NYC ...  Artwork: Adehla Lee “Serial Mom” photo courtesy KARST UK Big thank you to the Man  Carl Slater  & his impressive team
