"When we see the light within everyone and everything and love without boundaries we can heal, grow and learn forgive" -UNDAKOVA

The Universe Naturally Delivers All Knowledge of Vitality Automatically
We can easily get in the way of that vitality with doubts, fears and worry which lead to stress. But have unshakeable faith because the universe is supporting you.
Being a native New Yorker I had to accept the continual new battles to find harmony with living in an upwardly mobile and renovating apartment building and the nuances about it. I am grateful that with some community, family support, and a big stick of sage my homelife is finally crystalizing and settling.
We are grateful to have a new crew of "BEAST Coast" students for our
Urban Mystery Skool UltraCultural Others this winter season.
Our latest wellness ritual Dream Beat took place on the New Moon was sweet and a great way to begin Katie's birthday season and we will happily continue holding space for the community for
December's 15th Dream Beat.
   Teaching with
BEAT GLOBAL (Bridging, Education, and Art Together) in schools and libraries in Queens and Brooklyn every day has allowed me to grow into a more efficient, organized and educated supporter of youth and I have now expanded my reach to Cobra Club and other venues for kid Yoga and Beatboxing.
I am grateful to be sharing self produced music and live Shakti Bass DJ sets weekly on
Patreon and continuing to do what I love. I wouldn't be able to be, do and have all of these blessings without your continual support as you have kept the momentum going by reading these Ezines and sending your love . Thank you kindly.

"Last weekend, Catinca Tabacaru Gallery presented the second iteration of TRANS-ville. Curated by Milk & Night’s Coco Dolle, the event exhibited six performance art works involving installation art, sound pieces, body language and video projections. With an inter-sectional and inter-generational approach, Dolle mixed in conversations on gender politics, mythos, cross-cultural identity, inter-racial dynamics and transitional states of beings." Based in the 5 Elements of Holistic Hip Hop and the 8Ways of the Bagua this unique gathering is a "cypher" (sacred circle) utilizing sound and vibration to create layered soundscapes, simple vocal percussion and righteous rhymes to unlock authentic vocal expression. Drawing on mantra meditation, positive affirmation, human sacred geometry, asana and the microcosmic orbit breath, you will learn to channel source energy and use your voice as a wand of manifestation.

DREAM BEAT
Thank you to all who held space with us this past Dream Beat. We were shaken up by our recent experience with Kali and it was good to have such grounded, angelic, communal support around us.
It reminded me of why we do this work and why it is so important to recognize the light in everyone and honor each of our sacred visions for ourselves and our community.
Thank you for making Katie's birthday beginning celebration so special and taking us into this next cycle with some Hip Hop Cyphering to east asian style trap beats and booty dancing with some spicy chilli.
As always each
Dream Beat is different but ultimately a classic time and could not be had without you. Hope to see you at the next wellness ritual soon.

What We'll Use the Money For

Our initial goal is $1,200/month. This total plus income from our various hip hop yoga teaching endeavors, wellness events and retreats will keep UNDAKOVA sustainable in NYC. Right now, we’re creating art in a state of political urgency in a world that does not value the labor of artists, healers and visionary change-makers. We’re taking risks to shift the paradigm and your contribution large or small helps our family eat, pray and love. We’re also envisioning the future and the global expansion of your hip hop yoga enterprise, including offering fully funded residencies for artists at our Urban Mystery Skool in lower Manhattan, mass-producing our Hip Hop Kids Yoga curriculum, bringing thousands of people to our wellness events and travelling around the world to share our gifts fully.

Here are UNDAKOVA costs:

  • Hosting. We need a robust enough hosting plan to support the highest spikes in traffic up to 25K visits a month.
  • Webdomain. UNDAKOVAenterprises.com or Hiphopyoga.com $99 a year.
  • MailChimp. Upleveling our Mailchimp service to access more fans with convenience and ease of us.
  • Ongoing web development. Hiring an official web-developer to provide a reliable and professional polished website detailing all of our events, services, mission and vision
  • Video editing. Hiring a talented videographer with decent editing and social media skills on deck with a GoPro who will capture all of our events, performances, workshops and happenings at home and abroad. This offers our growing international online community a bird’s eye view of the magic we’re making instantaneously through short clips and videos posted regularly online
  • Facebookpost "boosts" When we release new social media content on Instagram of Facebook it immediately gets included in 1/3 to 1/2 of our Facebook followers' News Feeds.
  • Me. I’m a householder with a beautiful family and growing 15 month old son that needs all the love, resources and material support I can provide and more.
  • Portable Amplified System We need to update most of our systems, including purchase of a brand new state-of-the-art AMP we can use at wellness events, festivals, performances and more. Our community deserves the “high vibration” programming we deliver to fall smoothly on their ears.
  • One employee. We need extra hands and hearts to handle things like social media marketing and the whole range of small business upkeep. This will free me up to do the real creative work that I am most good, nurture positive community networks in real time and raise my son.

That's the basics. With those pieces covered, UNDAKOVA can support itself.

Thank you for reading this heart felt message. Spread and share this Ezine to your friends and family over Thanksgiving Dinner. And remember to save some space for love and miracles to enter. .

7 Reasons why becoming a member of Beat365 rocks.

As you already might know I go by the alias Undakova (Undercover) and I am beat maker, DJ and MC here in NYC. I have been producing hip hop beats since the 90s and have produced my own hip hop instrumentals for my album created here in New York City. I often get asked by R & B artist and MCs "Can you produce some beats for my album?" One day the question popped up in my head "Where does an artist find great sounding Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them?" If an artist doesn't have a friend or business partner who is a producer or know how to/ want to produce beats on there own spare time (which can take a lot of time and money) where does he/she find a complete collection of hip hop beats? Well the answer is simple. . . . To find Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them go to Beats365...
