We have gone through a lot of hardship in the past year but if it wasn't for those dark times we wouldn't have the wisdom and fortification in our gifts that we have today. There can be no light without the darkness. Now is the time to take a moment to understand where you have come from and let your desires drive you forward to what you now want to experience. What is no longer serving you you can now let go of. Focus in on your highest desire that supports your true purpose and see that reflected back in your life experience. There is always room for improvement.

Breathing and Asana yoga warm-ups, meditation, and Hip Hop Yoga mantra exercises to get clear and confident. 
We will help you channel in light beings, divine feminine and divine masculine archetypes, ascended masters come in to support your growth. 

Lunch and vision board craft materials included

You will have enough time to complete your board and take it home with you.
