Happy New Year!
Actually. I am more of a Chinese New Year type of person. Here is a Bagua and eight trigrams used in Taoist cosmology to contemplate on while we move into a new cycle of life. May you find these areas of your life in good standing and having joyful experiences of continual positive growth and prosperity.
I am reading a self-help book I read every year called the "Language of Letting Go by Melody Beattie." It has a new lesson for the day for each day of the year. These were the questions to ponder for the New Year. I am still dialing these answers in for myself and my life. Maybe you would like to write your thoughts down down on a piece of paper. May you have a few hours of time to create your New Year's thoughts as affirmations for you, your life. Cheers to you and your ability to choose. Then let it go.
