Look at what you fear most in the eye. Thoughts are energy. Tap into that energy and release it via acceptance, gratitude, surrender, awareness, etc. Fear is energy so it can be transmuted, changed, released. Therefore you can transform and be in a more focussed, courageous and empowered space. I realize that as silly as it sounds I fear being wrong, then fear having to change due to being wrong, fear standing up for myself and putting myself first, fear being without a secure home and fear losing my mind like the people you can see daily in NYC talking to themselves, fear not being good enough, and so on. While our programming and development has grown leaps and bounds, our network hasn’t expanded as quickly. As the word “Friendraiser” suggests, this event is to raise friends (in addition to funds)! We think more people should know about the good work BEAT is doing and we hope you do too.
