UNDAKOVA UPDATE: A blessing to children everywhere!

Utilizing my passions, talents, and interest.  I've completed doctor, dental, vision checkups and blood tests. These last days of the LEO sun I am still hungering for more romance and passion. So I love myself with home yoga, a nature walk with my partner, and a hot bath. Maybe even get to bed before 8pm. Hmmm, I relax, listen to my heart, and the rest flows to me with the grace of a gentle wind. I think it's flowing from the SOUTH. Our combination of positive and conscious Hip Hop music, mindful breathing, animated poses, and basic yogic principles helps promote coordination and body awareness. Breathing, storytelling and visualization games encourage youth to use their imagination, relax, and practice self-mastery. Through interactive games and playful, animated postures youth learn about nature and their outer environment while exploring the fundamental anatomy of the inner-self.
