5 Solutions to Overwhelm

I have suffered from overwhelm and feeling stuck.

Have you felt like you just have too much to do and not enough time?    

Here are a few things that have help me clear my head. 
  1. Taking time to dance and release (the GET DOWN )
  2. Deep and pure meditation  (Dhamma.org)
  3. Relaxing in nature. (your nearest park)
  4. Practicing your yoga. (there are videos online)
  5. Talking to a trusted friend. (get reinforcements)
  6. Journaling and organizing my mind (paper and a pen)
I remember I tried cleaning the space around me while listening to the "Wisdom" album.  My mind was so overwhelmed I had to listen to the instrumental version of "Wisdom" without the words just to focus.
