Undakova Update: Spring Back into the mix

Greetings,           Ready for spring? I am grateful to recently have completed a Bikram Yoga 30 Day challenge. I started in New York's snowy February I began  practicing Bikram's hot yoga every day and continued straight for 30 Days. I am feeling accomplished and happy that I being consistent at something that was difficult but beneficial.                In the meantime I have been practicing Vipassana Meditation, cooking healthy meals and watching several documentaries. After the February New Moon I put a lot of love into organizing more than 100 original instrumental beats into the UNDAKOVA catalog so that I may be able to share it with you at the next New Moon Gathering or performance.         This is finally a reality.         But what if you cannot make it out to a New Moon gathering because I am not in your area?
