Happy Valentines Day to the RICH WOMAN in all of us

Hello Ratracers,

Today is Monday. Tomorrow is Cashflow Tuesdays at Earth Matters Cafe. I hope we all are thinking creatively on how to earn enough passive income to kiss our Monday worries goodbye.

Today is a special Monday though. It is Valentines Day. Valentines Day is a day for me where I get to express my love and be grateful for all the love in my life. I honor and respect my partner Mikyoung Song through the ups and downs of life.

Life can get a little dramatic especially when Cashflow is low and we all go through our financial difficulties. So in honor of Valentines day and all the women who are working toward Financial Freedom and as Kim Kiyosaki says "Hate being told what to do"I want to share this:

RICH WOMAN: The Book on investing for Women. It is written by Kim Kiyosaki. Robert Kiyosaki has the forward message in the book and he starts by saying "Behind every successful man is a powerful woman"

I bought this book for my mom years ago and after she has read it I kinda took it back with hopes that I can share it with Mikyoung. Mikyoung already has so many books she is reading at the moment so has not taken the opportunity to thumb through this potential classic. So that leaves me excited realizing it is my turn to read this classic book and enjoy it myself. Yay!

I am going to read RICH WOMAN starting this month. Would love to share this book and its information with you. We can talk about what we read and discuss how we felt about it. Maybe you might want to pick up a copy of Rich Woman for yourself or for someone you love.

PS hope to see you soon at our Cashflow meetup tomorrow. Peace and love.

7 Reasons why becoming a member of Beat365 rocks.

As you already might know I go by the alias Undakova (Undercover) and I am beat maker, DJ and MC here in NYC. I have been producing hip hop beats since the 90s and have produced my own hip hop instrumentals for my album created here in New York City. I often get asked by R & B artist and MCs "Can you produce some beats for my album?" One day the question popped up in my head "Where does an artist find great sounding Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them?" If an artist doesn't have a friend or business partner who is a producer or know how to/ want to produce beats on there own spare time (which can take a lot of time and money) where does he/she find a complete collection of hip hop beats? Well the answer is simple. . . . To find Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them go to Beats365...
