Have you been going through growing pains? It has been difficult to find time to grieve the old habit patterns and ways of being that weren't serving me. Looking forward to some nature outside of the city grid :)       I won't force it. I continue to flow with my heart, find my way using my daily practices and release. Often in the West, particularly as women struggling against the growing commercialization of Yoga, teaching from an authentic place can be confusing. I'd rather dig deep and explore the intuited herstory of Buddha's earth and sky wisdom before it was thrice colonized and thwarted by patriarchal religion, the British and now capitalism and liberal individualism  in the West! Student learning and teacher PD is supported by online resources, in-person mentorship by professional game designers, game jams and workshops.
