My name is David Williams I am an Urban Shaman and the founder of Hip Hop Yoga and owner of Undakova Enterprises.  I help agents of the divine become recognized for their authentic expression and be seen as a leader through their creativity and anthology of work So that they are no longer dependent on menial jobs that deter them from traveling, having more control over their life, and living their highest purpose. In a matter of days I went from facilitating Hip Hop Yoga workshops for women and children via KARST Exhibition: curated by Katie Cercone 'I am my OWN PRIMAL PARENT' in Plymouth, England -- to working with the amazing youth and talented teaching artist within the Bronx and Brooklyn. I’ve been in service within community centers, art galleries, public schools as well as youth detention centers .  Now that I am back settled in New York my mission is to guide you to begin embodying Hip Hop Yoga through the basics of meditation or expanding on your current practice.
