Can't eat what?

Does it seem like after you eat certain foods its harder for your brain to remain clear and focused. Or Its harder for you to physically feel on top of your game. Well I have. And a lot of what I eat is based on what I can afford or what I find is not trying to kill me. Why is it that foods we buy in the store are literally trying to kill us. Shouldn't food be our medicine and not zapping the energy and positivity we naturally have available to us.

I don't know I guess its just me thinking this way but jeez its hard to eat healthy in New York. Everywhere you look someone is serving some iceberg lettuce and gmo filled recipe with some sort of meat on the side. The upside is there are many rebels out there serving vegan, organic and live foods as well.

The upside is there is so much education available to us for us to make the right choices. This is why I make music that is positive and reminds me of the struggles I go through to remain a spiritual being living in a human body that needs certain diets to grow healthy.

I remember I was whining to a friend recently about having to eat a GMO product because it was all that I thought was available to me at that moment. He told me "Transmute" Which basically means turn what ever you have even if its negative into what you need it to be. Transmute the energy of one thing and practice a sort of alchemy if you will to turn it into what you want it to be for you. I think that is what my Hip Hop music is for me. It's about taking what I have and the experiences I have gone through and not judging but turning it into what I wish them to be. Making something out of nothing. Anyhow thanks for listening to my blog of today. Below are some links to foods you may want to stay away from just because of the process of getting them to you and other reasons as well. Knowledge is power.

These foods are no good

7 Reasons why becoming a member of Beat365 rocks.

As you already might know I go by the alias Undakova (Undercover) and I am beat maker, DJ and MC here in NYC. I have been producing hip hop beats since the 90s and have produced my own hip hop instrumentals for my album created here in New York City. I often get asked by R & B artist and MCs "Can you produce some beats for my album?" One day the question popped up in my head "Where does an artist find great sounding Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them?" If an artist doesn't have a friend or business partner who is a producer or know how to/ want to produce beats on there own spare time (which can take a lot of time and money) where does he/she find a complete collection of hip hop beats? Well the answer is simple. . . . To find Hip hop, r&b and rap beats that sound so good you play them in your car for fun as well as record song after song with them go to Beats365...
