Our Hip Hop Yoga cyphers create space for summoning and praising the Great Goddess (our Mother Earth), honoring her as nourisher, Creator/Destroyer & Life-giver.

Together we honor our healing paths by coming together to drink cacao, cypher with positive intention and dance furiously fueled by ancestral winds of time eternal. Come vibe with us, get your MC-on... no hip hop experience necessary...Optimal root chakra medicine for those returning home to indigenous ways. You don't have to be a "rapper" to participate and all levels welcome. Circle work is "heart math"

Based in the 5 Elements of Holistic Hip Hop and the 8-Ways of the Bagua this unique gathering is a "cypher" (sacred circle) utilizing sound and vibration to create layered soundscapes, simple vocal percussion and righteous rhymes to unlock authentic vocal expression. Drawing on mantra meditation, positive affirmation, human sacred geometry, asana and transformative breathwork, you will learn to channel source energy and use your voice as a wand of manifestation

We will continue to spread the joy of music to everyone regardless of race, gender, ability or disability.  Happy Cerebral Palsy Awarness Month Cerebral palsy is a neurological disability, a condition marked by impaired muscle coordination (spastic paralysis) and/or other disabilities, typically caused by damage to the brain before or at birth. This affects thousands of children and adults worldwide. March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month, which allows us to celebrate and educate others about the disorder.
